POSITION SUMMARY

This role is essential for designing and developing engaging, high-quality learning experiences that transform complex product and consulting knowledge into clear, actionable training modules. The Instructional Designer will apply advanced L&D methodologies to create a blended learning curriculum that effectively equips consultants with the skills needed for success in client engagements and individual career growth.
ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop engaging storyboards for immersive self-paced eLearning modules
- Script and storyboard video content for learning programmes, including collaboration with video production teams to ensure high quality output.
- Use authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Lectora and Vyond to build interactive learning experiences.
- Apply Instructional Design principles to create learner-centric content that aligns with business goals.
- Integrate AI tools to automate content creation, personalise learning paths, and enhance learner engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other relevant stakeholders to ensure instructional integrity and visual appeal.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure content meets accessibility, inclusivity and writing standards.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in learning technologies and instructional design.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelors degree in related field
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development or related field.
- Proven experience in storyboarding for eLearning and video content.
Critical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
- Proficiency in authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Vyond (or similar).
- Familiarity with AI tools for content automation and enhancement.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in corporate or enterprise learning environments.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORMS/xAPI standards.
