Senior Project Manager @ Mindsprint

Job Description

• This role requires strong technical understanding of cloud technologies, excellent stakeholder management, and proven experience in managing large-scale migration programs.

PFB key responsibilities:

• Program Leadership : Define and execute the overall migration strategy, roadmap, and timelines for transitioning workloads from data centres to cloud.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with ofi program manager/Project manager, infrastructure teams, COE heads/leads , and AWS to ensure alignment.
• Planning & Governance : Establish governance frameworks, risk management plans, and reporting mechanisms for program progress. Should be able manage team conflicts and bring leadership team for decision to avoid delays slip target dates.
• Technical Oversight : Work closely with architects and engineers to validate migration approaches, tools, and methodologies. Should have good understanding on IT Infrastructure/Cloud technologies and ofi environments.
• Budget & Resource Management : Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Compliance & Security : Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance requirements during migration.
• Change Management : Work with ofi program manager for change management, business communication
