This role requires strong technical understanding of cloud technologies, excellent stakeholder management, and proven experience in managing large-scale migration programs.
PFB key responsibilities:
Program Leadership : Define and execute the overall migration strategy, roadmap, and timelines for transitioning workloads from data centres to cloud.
Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with ofi program manager/Project manager, infrastructure teams, COE heads/leads , and AWS to ensure alignment.
Planning & Governance : Establish governance frameworks, risk management plans, and reporting mechanisms for program progress. Should be able manage team conflicts and bring leadership team for decision to avoid delays slip target dates.
Technical Oversight : Work closely with architects and engineers to validate migration approaches, tools, and methodologies. Should have good understanding on IT Infrastructure/Cloud technologies and ofi environments.
Budget & Resource Management : Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
Compliance & Security : Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance requirements during migration.
Change Management : Work with ofi program manager for change management, business communication
