Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation & Medical Review
- Conduct detailed medical consultations for scheduled clients.
- Review and interpret test results to provide meaningful, actionable health insights.
- Offer preventive healthcare advice and basic treatment recommendations based on findings.
Wellness Advisory & Coordination
- Collaborate with dieticians, radiologists, phlebotomists, and health coaches to deliver an integrated care plan.
- Guide clients on necessary referrals, lifestyle changes, further diagnostic needs, or specialist consultations, as appropriate.
- Offer empathetic, jargon-free explanations to ensure complete client understanding.
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Deliver every consultation with discretion, empathy, and service quality.
- Build long-term trust with clients through consistent, medical interaction.
- Handle client queries post-consultation, if needed, to ensure closure and clarity.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain clear, complete, and confidential client medical records.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal audits, quality improvement activities, and clinical trainings.
