- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge. Skills and Tools Required:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
- Current nursing license and relevant certifications in critical care or ICU nursing.
- Proven experience in an ICU or critical care environment.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other medical software.
