Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth flow of patients and visitors.
Handle cash handling activities efficiently and accurately.
Provide exceptional guest relations by responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
Oversee branch operations, including OPD billing and hospitality services.
Ensure effective reception management, maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-6 years of experience in front desk or related field (front office operations).
Strong skills in cash handling, guest relations, and hospitality services.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in front office software applications (e.g., scheduling systems).
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
