Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in .NET Full Stack development, AWS Cloud architecture, exposure to AI / GenAI tools, and hands-on experience working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment. The role involves driving enterprise architecture strategy, enabling large-scale agile transformations, and delivering secure, scalable, and future-ready solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Agile Enablement
- Define and own the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Agile leadership to support Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery models
- Participate in PI Planning, Architecture Runway definition, and Solution Train activities
- Ensure architectural alignment across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
.NET Full Stack & Cloud Architecture
- Architect enterprise solutions using .NET / .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, Microservices
- Guide teams on frontend architectures using React / Angular / Blazor
- Design and govern AWS cloud-native architectures, including:
- EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda
- API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB
- IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Step Functions
- Drive legacy modernization and cloud migration initiatives
AI / GenAI & Emerging Technologies
- Provide architectural leadership for AI, ML, and GenAI-enabled solutions
- Experience or exposure to AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
- Define patterns for AI-powered applications, copilots, intelligent automation
DevOps, Security & Governance
- Establish CI/CD and DevOps best practices (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance using OAuth2, JWT, IAM, Zero Trust principles
- Define observability, performance, and cost-optimization strategies
- Align solutions with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, SAFe, AWS Well- Architected)
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to business and delivery leadership
- Mentor solution architects, tech leads, and senior engineers
- Support RFPs, solutioning, estimations, and architecture reviews
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Agile Skills
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in Architect / Enterprise Architect roles
- Strong expertise in .NET Full Stack development and AWS Cloud architecture
- Hands-on experience working in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments
- Understanding of Agile Release Trains (ARTs), PI Planning, Architecture Runway, Enablers
- Experience aligning architecture with product roadmaps and incremental delivery
AI & Modern Platforms
- Exposure to AI / GenAI tools, LLM integrations, and AI-driven architecture patterns
- Understanding of data pipelines, MLOps, and AI governance (good to have)
Soft Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution
Nice to Have
- SAFe Agilist / SAFe Architect certification
- TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Experience in large-scale enterprise transformations
