Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced solutions using Copilot Studio integrated with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Implement custom connectors and leverage Dataverse for data modelling
• Integrate AI capabilities into business processes for predictive insights and automation.
• Optimise workflows for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance across all Power Platform solutions.
• Guide junior developers and promote best practices in low-code development.
• Stay updated on Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform advancements.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance in all implementations.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing solutions for performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• . 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and conversational AI design.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Azure services, and custom connectors.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects.
