Achieve progressive cross-selling targets for non-deposit products, including mutual funds (MF) and insurance products.
Generate fee income through various channels.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Primarily focus on B2B sales, catering to existing corporate salary customers and acquiring new ones.
Acquire new corporate relationships and oversee a portfolio of assigned corporates.
Maintain the highest level of relationship with corporate clients and key decision-makers (KDMs).
Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new cross-sell opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 6 years of banking experience, with 7-10 years in Corporate Salary . Sales experience and exposure to liabilities products are preferred.
Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with a focus on tactical execution.
Thinker-Doer Ratio: 40:60 balance between strategic thinking and execution.
Financial Acumen: In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets, and macro/microeconomic processes.
