Process Full & Final Settlements (FFS) in HRIS within 48 hours as per the defined policy.
Ensure timely closure of employee settlements by coordinating with Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate employee data and settlement records in HR systems.
Track settlement status and follow up proactively to avoid delays.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to FFS using MS Excel.
Address employee queries related to settlements with clear and professional communication.
Support the HR team with routine HR operations and documentation as required.
Skills & Competencies
Good working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data tracking, reports).
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
Willingness to learn HR processes and systems.
