Job Description: (PE)Role Objective: Evaluating pre-recorded audio calls and transcripts for the Ads for Quality and Compliance parameters outlined. Based on the guidelines provided, identify and evaluate potential frauds or any possibility of customers' sensitive information being collected or misused by the advertisers (relating to call quality, scam etc.)Role responsibilities:
Obtain consumer / provider information by listening to telephone calls/ text & messages
Determine eligibility by comparing consumer / provider information to requirements
Based on the pre-recorded calls, Identify Scam/Phishing and customers sensitive information
Meet the required target and quality metrics
