Job Description
Main Tasks
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the billing operations of the department and ensuring timely and accurate evaluation and processing of bills. They will work closely with other members of the department to ensure that all billing processes are efficient and streamlined. Must have knowledge and experience in Civil, Structural fabrication, Interior works, IT & MEP.
Areas of Responsibility
- Checking the bills using work orders, drawings and specifications, materials used and their brands by evaluating the measurement sheet.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant billing regulations and standards.
- Coordination with Site Engineers and vendors for bill verification of New branch, Branch Shifting & renovation works. Support to be extended to Zonal Infra Managers for clearing Repair and maintenance related bills
- Estimation of quantities, finalization of layout plans in coordination with the concerned RM & preparation of Work Orders for related works.
- Rate analysis, Bill Estimation, and costing.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and issues
Monitor and report on billing metrics and KPIs
- Provide support to the Finance team as needed for billing related matters
- Should have good knowledge of the raw materials current market price (Raw materials includes Sand, Cement, steel, plywood, Gypsum, Mica, Tiles).
- Responsible for the study of B.O.Q as per the specification and taking out quantities from drawing.
- Prepare preliminary Estimation at proposed site.
- Debit Note: To ensure recovery against the rework/faulty work from the contractors as per the recommendation from the site.
- Provide technical expertise in idealizing new Infra requirements & innovations for branches
- Constantly looking for opportunities for cost reduction should have thorough knowledge regarding material specification and market rates
- Skillful in vendor negotiation
Special Requirements (If any)
Quantity Estimation (QS) and Billing experience in Construction/Real estate/Banking
Personal Specification
Educational Qualification / Technical Certification
Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
Skill Sets
Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with billing software and systems
Communication Skills
Excellent communication Skills English & Hindi language fluency
Experience
- Diploma with 7+ years experience; or
- Bachelors Degree with 4+ years experience

Other Requirements (If any)
