Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator cum Scrum Master with a strong background in infrastructure projects. The role involves coordinating infrastructure-related activities, working with cross-functional teams, and facilitating Agile/Scrum practices to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage infrastructure-related projects end-to-end
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Work closely with IT, operations, and external vendors
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure smooth integration with existing infrastructure systems
- Handle infrastructure challenges, security compliance, and performance optimization
- Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and management
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Retrospective
- Guide teams on Agile/Scrum best practices
- Remove impediments and support the team to improve productivity
- Coach teams on self-organization and continuous improvement
- Support organization-wide Scrum adoption and reporting
Candidate Profile
- 710 years of experience in Project Coordination / Scrum Master roles
- Scrum Certification (CSM / PSM or equivalent)
- Graduate degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
- Good understanding of infrastructure (servers, networks, storage)
- Experience with on-premise and hosted/cloud integrations
- Exposure to SAP technology teams is a plus
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with global teams
- Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindse
