Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Siebel Administrator / Support

Experience: 8-10 years
Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Siebel CRM environments (Development, Test, Production).
Perform Siebel application installation, configuration, and upgrades.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Siebel servers, components, and integrations.
Handle user management, security settings, and access controls.
Provide L2/L3 support for Siebel application incidents and service requests.
Work closely with development and infrastructure teams for deployments and fixes.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Siebel CRM Administration (8+ years).
Expertise in Siebel architecture, server components, and configuration.
Hands-on experience with Siebel Tools, SRF deployment, and EAI integrations.
Knowledge of Oracle Database and Linux/Unix environments.
Familiarity with Siebel performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of Siebel upgrades and patching.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Siebel Open UI.
Knowledge of scripting and automation tools.
