Job Description
- Treats and provides professional nursing care to employees or people who become ill or injured on implant premises.
- Perform and change dressings as required at the Medical Centers
- Monitors the injured employee's condition and/or vital signs to determine if ambulatory care is required.
- Provides appropriate employee status information to the doctor and appropriate managers.
- Prepares and maintains clinical records of treatment and care of employees in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of implants.
- Indent the required medications and dressing materials for the monthly dispense by identifying trends; anticipating needed supplies.
- Accurately and timely completion of all documentation, and preparation of a monthly report of different nursing quality parameters.
- Maintain inventories and/or order supplies as assigned.
- Ensures clean and safe work environment; understands and complies with policies of infection control, personal protective devices, handling of sharps and contaminated materials.
Minimum Qualification:
GNM OR BSc- with 2 years of experience (Registration is mandatory)
Communication should be good
