Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering LiDAR and annotation capability programs, managing certification and trainer governance, partnering with Operations to improve quality and productivity , and driving continues improvement through data-driven interventions

1. Learning & Training expertise :

Strong Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and capability gap diagnosis across NHT, refresher and upskilling programs
Expertise in instructional design, curriculum structuring and blended learning models
Experience in training governance frameworks
Ability to design role based learning journeys

2. Domain & Process Knowledge (LiDAR & Annotation ) :

Strong understanding of LiDAR concepts
Knowledge of 2D/3D/4D annotation workflows including bounding boxes, segmentation, polylines etc.
Familiarity with OD Understanding of quality metrics
Awareness of client-specific SOPs and datasets

3. Measurement & Performance Analytics :

Ability to define and track training effectiveness metrics RCA
Data driven action planning

4.Stakeholder & Team Leadership :

Proven experience in managing trainer pools, SMEs etc.
Strong collaboration with Ops,QA,WFM,Client POCs etc.
Ability to influence business leaders using data-backed training impact stories
Mentoring and grooming trainers for multi skill readiness

5.Program & Project Management :

End to end ownership of all programs
Strong documentation discipline
Risk management during ramp-ups, pilot programs and volume spikes etc.

6.Communication & Facilitation :

High impact classroom & virtual facilitation skills
Strong business communication - reports, decks and exec summaries etc.
