- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care. Skills and Tools Required:
- Valid nursing degree and license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in an ICU or critical care setting.
- Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology relevant to critical care.
- Knowledge of infection control practices and hospital safety procedures.
- CPR and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are preferred.

- Communicating effectively with patients families regarding care plans and updates. To succeed in this role you should have the following:
- A valid nursing degree and current nursing registration.
- Previous experience in an ICU setting, preferably with adult patients.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
