Job Description

Sales Ownership: Take complete responsibility for achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.

Team Leadership: Lead SDRs, Inside Sales, and Field Executives, ensuring pipeline generation and conversion.

Channel Development: Build and manage strong partnerships with distributors, resellers, and ecosystem partners to accelerate growth.

Strategic Deals: Engage and close large SMB chains and enterprise accounts to drive high-value opportunities.

Marketing Alignment: Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns and initiatives with pipeline and business needs.

Pipeline Management: Monitor and ensure pipeline health, focusing on volume, velocity, and win rates.

Partner Productivity: Drive channel partner performance through enablement, training, and measurable outcomes.
