Transport Manager
We are looking for a Fleet Operations Manager who is responsible for the safety, compliance,
availability, and customer sentiment of the Fleet in their respective region .To be successful in
this role, this person will need to execute the business strategy and understand where to Invent
and simplify solutions for the best outcome.
Key job responsibilities
Ensure vehicles within the region are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations
and Fleet Standards by performing audits and collating regional feedback through in
coordination with Central Fleet Team & SLP.
The Transport Manager will execute existing fleet initiatives and onboard vendors and
will support and engage with delivery partners by building mechanisms to help manage
their fleet.
Influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in order to
solve complex operational needs. The role requires the ability to manage escalations
and influence stakeholders.
Manage vehicle operational readiness and standards across the region, through
collecting and analyzing data from different fleet management sources to secure
customer experience.
This role will be based in one of our Mother Hub, and requires ability to travel 30-40% of
time across the assigned region. Occasional travel across the city will be required.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Experience influencing, interacting and building partnership with cross-functional teams.
Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures,
and personalities.
Ability to handle and prioritize when presented with a high volume of engagements.
Excellent communications skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Advanced proficiency in English & Local language of assigned region preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant Fleet Management or Operations experience, or equivalent background in

Team Lead - Fleet management
Description
We are looking for smart and analytical people, who are passionate about operations, to join the
Fleet Operations team. This role is for those candidates who thrive on driving change, building
an organization and leading through others, by giving them a direct management assignment in
our Operations Services and MH. Ideal candidates for this program are expected to leverage
their strong analytical skills & communication .Overall, Team Lead will be responsible for the
safety, compliance, availability, and cost of the Fleet in the region. The leader will execute the
Regional strategy on the fleet and leverage best practices. This person will play a important role
with the . The leader will drive five critical KRAs:
Suitable fleet availability & capacity
Fleet utilization & costs
Fleet Compliance, Safety & Quality and SPOC for fleet product/ program launches &
scale up.
Team Lead will be key to drive safety tech product adoption and adherence, with a goal
to run >95% compliance fleet network to ensure quality of the vans.
To run the network with 100% regulatory compliant fleet, is another critical area, where
we have business continuity risk and is left at partners currently.
