availability, and customer sentiment of the Fleet in their respective region .To be successful in
this role, this person will need to execute the business strategy and understand where to Invent
and simplify solutions for the best outcome.
Key job responsibilities
Ensure vehicles within the region are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations
and Fleet Standards by performing audits and collating regional feedback through in
coordination with Central Fleet Team & SLP.
The Transport Manager will execute existing fleet initiatives and onboard vendors and
will support and engage with delivery partners by building mechanisms to help manage
their fleet.
Influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in order to
solve complex operational needs. The role requires the ability to manage escalations
and influence stakeholders.
Manage vehicle operational readiness and standards across the region, through
collecting and analyzing data from different fleet management sources to secure
customer experience.
This role will be based in one of our Mother Hub, and requires ability to travel 30-40% of
time across the assigned region. Occasional travel across the city will be required.
Basic Qualifications
