Roles and responsibilities :

• Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats
• Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Maintain strong follow ups and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Handle objections, resolve queries and build long term client relationship.
