Job Description
This Role Matters
- We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant/ Senior Solution Consultant to drive successful CLM transformations for our clients
- In this role, you will guide enterprise customers through the design, configuration, and implementation of Sirion or similar CLM solutions
- With 5+ years of consulting experience and deep expertise across ERP/CRM/CLM modules, you will act as a trusted advisor translating business needs into scalable technology solutions that deliver measurable impact
How You ll Make an Impact
- Guide CLM Transformation: Advise clients on CLM implementation and Sirion configuration during sales and delivery phases
- Provide Functional Expertise: Offer functional and technical guidance to clients and prospects to ensure solution fit
- Implement Enterprise Solutions: Apply experience with CLM, ERP, or CRM modules to design and deliver effective solutions
- Ensure Product Alignment: Assure clients that Sirion can be configured to meet business and design requirements
- Drive Research & Problem Solving: Independently identify approaches and solutions to client needs
- Facilitate Requirements & Scoping: Lead workshops, Fit/Gap analysis, estimations, and draft SOWs
- Prioritize Client Success: Actively listen, anticipate needs, and deliver work that exceeds expectations
- Collaborate Effectively: Work seamlessly across teams and environments onsite or remote
- Contribute Beyond Delivery: Support practice development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
- You Bring to the Table Experience: 5+ years of industry and/or consulting experience in implementing enterprise solutions
- Product Expertise: Hands-on experience with packaged product implementations such as CLM, ERP, or CRM
- Functional & Technical Proficiency: Skilled in implementing one or multiple product modules end-to-end
- Solution Configuration: Experienced in designing and configuring modules like Procurement, Payables, Sourcing, Supplier Management, CLM, or Analytics
- System Integration: Proficient in mapping and integrating systems with third-party ERPs and other business applications
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a focus on collaboration and excellence
- Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn new technologies through both instruction and self-training
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with the ability to view challenges from a strategic, big-picture perspective
- Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple clients, projects, and solution designs effectively
