We are looking for a Senior Lead / Technical Architect who will play a key role in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, driving innovation, and ensuring adherence to best practices. This position requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams.Mandatory Skills
- Core Java & J2EE: EJB, JSP, Servlet
- Modern Technologies: Java 8/17/21, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Hibernate, Maven, JUnit, Git, Docker, SonarQube, Oracle, Postgres, REST, OAuth 2.0
- Legacy & Advanced Frameworks: Vert.x, Axon, Quarkus, Kafka, ArchUnit, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Azure, Swagger, ActiveMQ, GitHub Copilot
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Development:
- Architect, design, code, test, and debug complex components ensuring quality standards.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned applications/projects.
- Coding & Best Practices:
- Write clean, well-structured code following industry best practices.
- Estimate effort and ensure timely delivery within defined schedules.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet product requirements.
- Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and budget constraints.
- Security & Compliance:
- Collaborate with security teams to maintain data security standards.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends.
- Suggest innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Preferred qualifications:
- 60% & above in any two of the following and 55% & above in the third
- Secondary, Higher Secondary (or it s equivalent) and Graduation level (aggregate)
- Strong Communication & interpersonal Skills.
