Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data warehousing solutions using Snowflakes architecture.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and UDFs for performance.
• Create and maintain automated data pipelines leveraging Snowflake features (Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks).
• Configure and manage Snowflake environments across development, testing, and production.
• Implement data security and governance protocols (RBAC, masking, encryption).
• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver data models and reports.
• Integrate AI/ML workflows using Snowpark and external services.
• Monitor and tune query performance and resource utilization. [index.dev], [tealhq.com]

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Snowflake platform.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of data modeling and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Programming skills in Python or Java for Snowpark development.
• Understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and version control tools (Git).Role & responsibilities
