Mainframe + Production Support Professional @ CGI

Job Description

1. Handson experience in any IBM Z/os tools (CA7 is mandatory)

2. L1 Experience in Development/L2 Production support role is mandatory (REXX is optional and advantage)

3. Strong knowledge on JCL Coding and DB2 Utilities and mainframe Operations

4. Ability to analyze the issue and fix it at the production level.

5. Handling P1 and P2 issues in service now.

6. Need to know the knowledge on the Dynatrace or monitoring tool

7. Good Knowledge in NDM and JCL concepts. 8. Basic coding knowledge on job structure.

9. Quick approach to the job analysis and Incidents.

10. Perform health checks.

11. Basic knowledge on SQL and informatica tools
