Job Description
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

As a Senior Developer, you will also be expected to provide technical leadership, guide and mentor junior team members, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.We are looking for someone who can write clean, efficient code and is committed to delivering robust and scalable solutions. You should be enthusiastic about learning new technologies, solving problems adhering to coding standards that ensure quality and mentoring junior developers. Additionally, you should be proficient in writing English and fluent in verbal communication to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Write code in Java and JSON using various IDEs
- Design basic programs for projects, enhancements, or defect fixes
- Advanced knowledge of Java design patterns such as DTO and DAO
- Perform unit and integration level testing of developed code to ensure quality
- Independently develop and integrate small to medium complex software assignments
- Understand and follow standard coding processes to maintain code quality
- Use tools like GitLab to commit code to a repository and track changes in a release
- Regularly update leads on the status of in-flight and upcoming tasks
- Work in an iterative development methodology, such as Agile
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Knowledge of JIRA, GitLab, and Confluence is an advantage
- Responsible for technical design, coding, supporting the testing team in analyzingpotential defects, and providing software fixes
- Ensure all developmental processes have been followed
- Confirm the transfer of knowledge as necessary throughout the project
- Proficient in writing English and fluent in verbal communication
- Create frameworks with reusable components, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, andoptimize performance
- Work with the UI/UX team to design pages according to standards
- Lead and contribute to the continuous improvement activities of the build process, designprocess, software release process, and team estimation process
- Understand the CI/CD process
- Guide and mentor intermediate technical members/technical leads and help themadvance to the next level
- Exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills with the capability to handle newtechnologies
