Engineering Tech Lead
Location: Noida
Experience: 10 - 12 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers in designing and developing scalable applications.
- Provide technical guidance on Java tech stack and best practices.
- Drive architecture decisions and ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for project planning and delivery.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in Java technologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in system design, architecture, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks and tools.
