PropXLreight Kribaga is hiring for Permanent Role -Team Lead- ROI n NRI Sales | CP Sourcing | ROI and NRI markets in Pune and Noida .

Status: Full Time Work from Office 6 days Sunday Off


Hours: Monday Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST

Role Purpose


To lead a 23 member sourcing team and activate Channel Partners across ROI (Rest of India) markets including NCR, Ahmedabad etc Tier-1 NRI hubs like Dubai, Singapore, and Doha to generate qualified CP-driven demand for Pune & Mumbai peripherals plotted projects and achieve monthly funnel & booking targets.


Requirement

Experience- 4+ years in mandate / cat A/B builder-side CP sourcing

Background - Plotted development experience preferred

Network Strength - Active connects across NCR, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka, plus NRI

Team Handling- Previously managed 25 sourcing executives

Skills- Strong negotiation, market mapping & relationship management

Languages- Hindi + English mandatory (Gujarati advantage)

Travel- Should be open to inter-city & quarterly travel

Tools- CRM + Excel/Sheets

Location- Must be Pune/NCR based


  • Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license..
  • 2+ years of experience in managing field sales teams.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in solar, Real estate, NBFC, Automobile, Edtech, FMCG, or consumer durables.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a team of 56 field sales executives.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective team management.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's residential customer base.
  • Conduct field visits to manage lead conversions and support team members.
  • Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interactions.
  • Identify and explore new channels or partnerships to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of sales funnel via CRM/sales software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and improve the sales process.
