Role & responsibilities

Job Description :

• Backend Development: Strong expertise in Java (8+), object-oriented design, multithreading, and JVM memory management. Proficient with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, MVC, Data, Security, Batch) and JPA/Hibernate.
• Strong experience with multithreading, data structures, and concurrency scenarios.
• API & Integration: Skilled in designing and integrating RESTful APIs; experienced with OAuth, JWT, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Enterprise Systems & Middleware: Hands-on with J2EE platforms and application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat).
• Databases: Proficient in Oracle and PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and query optimization.
• Microservices & Containerization: Experienced with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Messaging & Eventing: Working knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, and JMS for distributed messaging.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Familiar with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD automation.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proficient in diagnostics using tools like Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace; strong debugging, thread dump analysis, and profiling skills.
• Testing & Code Quality: Expertise in unit/integration testing using JUnit, TestNG, Mockito; strong grasp of clean code and refactoring practices.
• Design Patterns & Architecture: Solid understanding of design principles (GoF, GRASP) and architectural patterns used in scalable enterprise applications.
• Front-End Technologies: Exposure to modern UI frameworks like Angular or React and REST API integration on the front end.
• Agile & Collaboration: Proven experience in Agile/Scrum teams, strong collaboration skills in distributed environments.
