 Customer Care Executive

Job Description

    We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for a Voice Process to handle inbound/outbound customer calls, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally

    • Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions

    • Resolve customer complaints and queries within defined TAT

    • Maintain proper call records and customer details

    • Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards

    • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on every call


    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Excellent verbal communication skills (English / Hindi / Regional language as required)

    • Ability to handle customers politely and patiently

    • Good listening and problem-solving skills


    Eligibility Criteria:

    • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (as per company requirement)

    • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
