Job Description

Operate and monitor industrial robots and automated equipment during production
-
Load, unload, and position materials or components for robotic processing
-
Start, stop, and adjust robot programs according to production requirements
-
Perform routine inspections to ensure robots are functioning properly
-
Identify, troubleshoot, and report mechanical or software issues
-
Conduct basic maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of robotic systems
-
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards
-
Maintain production logs and operational records
-
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and supervisors to optimize performance
-
Assist with robot setup, changeovers, and testing of new programs
-
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
-
Basic understanding of robotics, automation, or industrial machinery
-
Ability to read and follow technical instructions and diagrams
-
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Basic computer skills for operating control systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work shifts, including nights or weekends if required

Ability to stand for extended periods

Capability to lift moderate weights as required

Comfortable working in an industrial environment

Manufacturing plant, warehouse, or automated facility

Exposure to noise, machinery, and moving equipment

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
