Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster.
Develop sales targets for BDM wise for assigned Territory.
Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each BDMs in the team against assigned
targets.
Sales growth and cost management
Ensure achievement of sales targets for the Team
Review monthly sales targets and performance of BDMs
Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations.
Customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor satisfaction of the clusters customers through a customer satisfaction index based on
parameters such as customer complaints.
People Management
Develop the recruitment and training plan for the Business Managers in line with the overall
recruitment & training plan and ensure recruitment and training of the team as per the plan.
Resolve any issues related to the Business & Team Members.
Ensure employee satisfaction and motivation.
