Title: SailPoint Developer

Requirements
We are looking for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) / IdentityNow (IDN) Developers to design, develop, integrate, and support IAM solutions. The role involves implementing identity lifecycle processes, access governance, workflows, and application integrations using SailPoint best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IIQ/IDN components including workflows, rules, forms, connectors, and provisioning policies.
- Configure identity lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), access certifications, role management, and policy enforcement.
- Develop custom rules using Beanshell/Java for identity governance workflows.
- Integrate SailPoint with various applications using connectors (LDAP, AD, JDBC, REST, SCIM, etc.).
- Perform debugging, issue resolution, and enhancements in existing SailPoint implementations.
- Support production deployments, upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement IAM best practices, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Create documentation for design, configurations, and operational procedures.
- (For senior levels) Lead SailPoint design, architecture, integration strategy, and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.
- Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, SQL, and scripting.
- Knowledge of IAM concepts: provisioning, governance, RBAC, SOD, authentication & authorization.
- Experience integrating applications via REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, AD.
- Understanding of directory services, identity lifecycle, and access governance models.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud IAM, Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk (plus).
- Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile practices.
- SailPoint certification (IIQ/IDN) preferred.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues such as provisioning errors, workflow failures, and integration challenges.
- Configure and manage identity lifecycle workflows, policies, and rules in SailPoint IIQ.
- Support integration of IIQ with applications, systems, and directories via connectors/APIs.
- Contribute to system patching, upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, assist with audits, and implement remediation measures.
- Mentor junior (L1) analysts, develop advanced documentation, and conduct training sessions.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of SailPoint IIQ architecture, workflows, and connectors.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Java-based applications and analyzing logs.
- Hands-on experience with directory services (AD, LDAP), databases (SQL), and scripting (BeanShell, PowerShell).

Job Title: SailPoint Implementation Specialist

Duration: Full Time
Primary Skills:
- 38 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) / Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Secondary Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of OAUTH, JSON, REST, SOAP.
- Familiarity with network protocols: SSL, SSH, FTP, SMTP, HTTP, HTTPS, etc.
Technical Environment: SailPoint IdentityNow
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IDN/ISC implementations.
- Participate in requirements gathering and technical design activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (SRS, BRD, TDD, Test Cases, etc.).
- Develop code, perform unit testing, and support client-specific use cases.
- Lead or contribute to code reviews and perform integration testing.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with vendors.
- Assist clients in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
- Provide post-production support.

Experience Requirements
- 58 years in SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC implementations.
- At least 5 years in SailPoint IAM projects with 3+ years hands-on in IDN/ISC.
- End-to-end implementation experience covering design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Must-Have Expertise
- Development of cloud and connector rules.
- Hands-on experience with IDN/ISC REST APIs.
- Configuration of workflows, forms, and policies.
- Virtual Appliance setup and troubleshooting.
- Implementation of JML use cases, including onboarding apps like Workday, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Entra ID.
- Experience in certifications and policy configuration.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Complex connector integrations and custom connector development.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and PowerShell scripting.
- Familiarity with SDLC frameworks and methodologies.
