Job Description

Role & responsibilities

5+ years of experience in IT systems administration.
Strong expertise in JAMF and macOS device management.
Manage Apple devices using JAMF/Mosyle MDM, including enrolment, configuration, and policy enforcement.
Create and deploy configuration profiles, scripts, and security policies.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for macOS and iOS devices.
Monitor compliance and security posture of Apple endpoints.
Solid understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
Scripting knowledge for automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
