Job Description
Talend Administration:
Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Hyderabad
Mode: Work From Office
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking A Talend Administrator to manage and maintain the Talend environment, ensuring smooth operation of ETL processes, and supporting development teams. This role typically involves system administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Installation & Configuration
- Set up Talend environments for DEV, QA, and Production.
- User & Role Management
- Create and manage user accounts and groups.
- Assign roles and permissions in TMC
- Environment Management
- Deploy, schedule, and monitor Talend jobs.
- Manage software updates and patches.
- Performance & Monitoring
- Monitor job execution and server health.
- Tune systems for optimal performance.
- Handle logs and alerts for proactive issue resolution.
- Backup & Recovery
- Perform regular backups of Talend repositories and configurations.
- Implement disaster recovery procedures.
- Security & Compliance
- Manage access controls and security settings.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Troubleshooting & Support
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Talend jobs, servers, and connectivity.
- Provide support to developers and end-users.
- Integration & Upgrades
- Integrate Talend with databases, data warehouses, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Upgrade Talend versions and migrate projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Good knowledge of TMC/TAC
- Experience with Linux, AWS, and database systems.
- Familiarity with ETL concepts, data warehousing, and cloud deployments.
- Good scripting skills (Shell, Python).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
