Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy and result-oriented Demand Manager for the National Business team to drive offline sales, onboard corporate clients, build channel partnerships and deliver revenue in the Varanasi & Lucknow market.
This is a field-intensive role involving daily travel, client acquisition, retention and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate offline sales through cold calling, meetings and business acquisitions
  • Onboard and manage corporate clients, organizations and channel partners
  • Understand customer needs and pitch suitable OYO solutions
  • Drive repeat business and revenue from onboarded accounts
  • Maintain sales trackers, MIS and ensure timely collections from clients
  • Conduct market research on demand sources, competitor offerings & business opportunities
  • Manage full sales lifecycle lead generation closure retention

Key Performance Indicators

  • Occupancy / URN month-on-month
  • Revenue generation from active accounts
  • Pulsing of client accounts
  • Collections & outstanding recovery

Skills Required

  • Strong networking and relationship-building
  • Negotiation & convincing skills
  • Analytical and data-driven approach
  • Good communication (verbal & written)
  • Internal stakeholder management

Eligibility

  • 2 to 7 years of experience
  • B2B sales experience is must
  • Hospitality / travel industry background is an added advantage
