We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive offline and corporate sales, manage key client relationships, and expand business across assigned regions.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Objectives:

  • Drive offline sales by managing and expanding corporate and partner profiles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, and strategic partners
  • Onboard new corporate clients and maximize revenue from existing accounts
  • Plan, forecast, and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Conduct regular market visits and client meetings
  • Maintain and review monthly sales trackers and performance reports
  • Share market intelligence on competition, pricing, and trends
  • Ensure stability and growth in business volumes

People Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of 6+ sales executives
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
  • Coach team on sales processes, products, systems, and soft skills
  • Assist in negotiation and closure of high-value corporate deals
  • Review team performance and drive productivity through action plans

Skills Required:

  • Strong corporate sales and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial and go-getter mindset
  • Process and data-oriented approach
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Proven experience in onboarding and managing corporate accounts
