Job Locations: Gurugram | Dehradun | Manali
Working Days: As per hotel operations (6 days working)

Compensation & Benefits

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Manager / Operations Executive to manage day-to-day hotel operations, staff coordination, and guest experience. The role focuses on smooth check-in/check-out processes, staff management, and maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily hotel operations including guest check-in and check-out
  • Supervise hotel staff and ensure duty rosters are followed
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and maintenance teams
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are met
  • Maintain basic records, reports, and inventory
  • Support occupancy and revenue targets through service excellence

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel operations, front office, or hospitality (freshers with hospitality background may also be considered)
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and guest handling
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts and hotel environment
  • Ready to relocate to Gurugram / Dehradun / Manali
