Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce release cycles and deployment pipelines
  Drive CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices
  Handle multi-org release strategies and sandbox management
  Ensure governance, security, and compliance in releases
  Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders
  Troubleshoot deployment issues and continuously optimize release processes

Mandatory Skills

• Salesforce Release Management
  Salesforce DevOps (Gearset, Jenkins)
  CI/CD Pipelines & Git
  Salesforce Metadata API & Change Sets
  Multi-org & package-based deployments
  Strong stakeholder and release coordination skills

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced Salesforce Release Manager with strong DevOps mindset, hands-on CI/CD, Gearset/Jenkins expertise, and deep understanding of Salesforce architecture. Proven in managing enterprise releases, deployments, and environment strategies.
