Role & responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day banquet operations across multiple banquets in the city, covering weddings, corporate events, conferences, and private parties.
Coordinate with Sales, Culinary, and Event Planning teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
Supervise setup, service, and breakdown of events while maintaining brand standards and client specifications.
Monitor inventory, banquet equipment, linen, and supplies; manage requisitions as required.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage budgets and labour costs while maintaining service quality.
Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event reviews for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with vendors and partners for event logistics; manage payments, vendor coordination, venue onboarding, and PO/GRN processes.
Maintain accurate event records, staff performance reports, and customer feedback.
Assist in developing and standardizing SOPs to improve banquet operations.
