We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration with client stakeholders and partner vendor teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in eCommerce projects, retail domain knowledge, and Agile project management practices. This role requires excellent communication skills, ownership mindset, and adherence to organizational processes and project management standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of eCommerce projects within the retail domain, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
Team Management: Oversee offshore teams, providing guidance, support, and performance monitoring.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partner vendors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
Agile Delivery: Implement and promote Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), ensuring iterative development and continuous improvement.
Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to project management standards, governance frameworks, and organizational processes.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of deliverables and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 12+ years in project management, with at least 5 years in eCommerce and retail domain projects.
Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Waterfall when required.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead distributed teams and drive accountability.
Experience: Experience working with global clients and managing multi-vendor environments, including delivery of both fixed-price and fixed-capacity projects
Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
Certifications: PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certifications preferred.
Ownership & Process Orientation: Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to organizational standards.
Nice to Have
In depth knowledge of retail business processes and omnichannel strategies.
Exposure to Commerce tools eCommerce platform
