Job Title: Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)
Experience: 2 Years
Location: Noida
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment databases (ATS)
- Handle salary negotiation, offer rollouts, and joining formalities
- Ensure timely closures and achievement of hiring targets
Key Skills Required
- Basic understanding of IT and Non-IT roles
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR/Management preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment
