Job Description

Technical Manager / Engineering Manager (AI Product Platforms)

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Manager / Engineering Manager to drive the architecture, development, and evolution of AI-powered digital products and platforms.

This is not a traditional project management role. You will be responsible for technical decision-making, product-quality ownership, and team leadership, while remaining close enough to the code to build, integrate, experiment, and unblock teams when needed.

The work includes building a platform for events, spanning web mobile apps, AI-driven workflows, conversational/voice AI, automation, and digital collateral systems. This product has the potential to be an asymmetric bet with viral adoption if UX, reliability, and speed are executed exceptionally well.
