Job Title: International Voice Process Sales Executive
Experience: Experienced (6 months5 years)
Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (24/7)
Weekly Offs: Rotational
Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound international customer calls, promoting products/services, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound international sales calls
- Pitch products/services to international customers professionally
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Resolve customer queries and objections effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international calling standards
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and listening)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
- Customer-focused attitude with a target-driven mindset
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience in international voice sales is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in US/UK/Australian sales processes
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
