Switchgear Inprocess QA Inspector (AG - 575) @ Asiapower

Job Description

ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)

Urgently required for a leading Power Transformer & Switchgear Manufacturing, Project Management & Service Providing Company located at Industrial City of Dammam in Saudi Arabia.

Detailed Job Responsibilities

-Routine tests of Switchgear products like Switchgear, Busduct, Cable Tray, etc.

-In-process inspections and conduct relevant tests at various stages.

-Identifying non-conformances and issuing non-conformance reports.

-Maintaining quality documents, records, PDI, checklists, deviation request, etc.

-Conduction functional tests, physical inspection, final and dispatch inspections related to concerned area.

-Conducting customer witness inspections.

-Comply with the ISO / QMS requirements.

Work Experience

-Minimum 5 years working experience in testing or quality assurance department of a reputable Switchgear Manufacturing Company.

-Familiar with inspection and test procedures, work instruction and standards

Required Skills

-Computer literate, knowledge in Switchgear design, knowledge in testing switchgear, proficient in English, Knowledge in protection relays.

-Conversant with requirements of Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)

Education

Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
