Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Address issues by providing accurate solutioning, troubleshooting, probing, and driving fixes to our frontline agents.
2. Timely follow up on waiting/open issues, delivering feedback and coaching whenever deemed necessary.
3. Proactively analyze consult trends & conduct remedial sessions if required
4. Collect team performance data for reporting when requested by the Process or Team Lead.
5. Review escalations/DSATs to offer technical feedback.
6. Interact with stakeholders (internal/external) as needed to achieve process deliverables such as leading product
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive-level contexts.
2. Strong knowledge of implementation methodologies for Google Measurement products, such as Google Analytics (covering in-depth data tracking techniques and basic reporting), Google Firebase, Privacy-Centric Measurement products (such as Consent Mode & Enhanced Conversions), Google Tag Manager, with proficiency in dataLayer and Google Ads Conversions (Online & Offline).
3. Demonstrated ability to resolve complex advertiser issues utilizing deep Firebase knowledge.
4. Proficiency in Programming Languages: HTML and JavaScript (including Jquery).
5. Solid comprehension of widely used CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Magento.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Web designers or developers who possess a strong grasp of web/app usability and development tools would be a value-add.
2. Proficiency in MySQL is desirable; knowledge of other languages such as PHP, Java, or Python is a plus.
3. Capability to design and develop web-based tools and guidelines aimed at process enhancement.
4. Willingness to learn new technologies as needed to further develop project expansion strategies.
