Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets through outbound calls, inside sales, and telesales.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in B2C or domestic calling/outbound sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
