Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using Python, Django, and Flask.
• Architect and implement high-performance solutions using React and Angular frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Proven experience in architecture and design with at least 8 years of experience in React and Angular.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django and Flask.
• Extensive experience in full-stack development and design patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to lead architectural discussions and drive technical decisions.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
