Senior Executive - Quality ( Urgent Opening) @ Centre For Sight

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (QMS).
  
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards.
  
• Support preparation for internal and external quality audits.

• Conduct regular clinical, infection control, and administrative audits.
  
• Monitor compliance with SOPs, clinical protocols, and safety guidelines.
  
• Prepare audit reports and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Maintain quality-related documents, policies, SOPs, and manuals.
  
• Monitor patient safety indicators (infection rates, adverse events, near misses).
  
• Participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) projects.
  
• Support quality-related training for staff (hand hygiene, patient safety, SOPs).
  
• Prepare monthly/quarterly quality reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skill

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, Optometry, Life Sciences, or related field.
  
• Should have 2-3 years of experience in hospital quality.
  
• Certification in Quality Management / NABH (preferred)

• Experience in eye hospitals or specialty hospitals is an advantage.
