Job Description

The Branch Incharge is responsible for leading the delivery of multi-functional work processes at the branch to meet the branch FYO measures. Is responsible for identifying opportunities areas in the multi-functional work processes (Logistics, finance, HR & IT, interfacing work processes with Re-sale) and develop & lead implementation of action plans. This role involves providing ongoing coaching/ training support to System operator, Logistic Officer, Cashiers, Delivery staff, helpers etc..
