Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process (Airlines). The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls from international customers and providing exceptional service related to airline queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via voice support for international airline clients
  
• Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and general inquiries
  
• Ensure high-quality customer service and first-call resolution
  
• Maintain professional communication and follow process guidelines
  

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & comprehension)
  
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  
• Prior international BPO/airlines experience is a plus (freshers with excellent communication may apply)
  

Work Schedule:

• 5 days working
  
• 2 rotational weekly offs
  
• Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 28,000 32,000 per month
