We are hiring for Cloud Support - Voice..

Job Criteria:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing the technical aspects of complex customer issues related to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other SaaS applications.
  • This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an Cloud Technical Support
  • Ability to handle real-time voice calls.
  • Any UG qualification
  • Immediate joiner (within 15 - 20days)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365,
  • Google Workspace, and other SaaS applications, identifying root causes and potential solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and planning skills, along with
  • critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple customer issues while maintaining accurate status documentation.
  • Ability to solve complex technical implementations both independently and as part of a team.
  • Understand customer issues and requirements to ensure the correct solution is delivered.
  • Excellent communication skill to directly communicate with different stakeholder and customers (phone, chat, emails)
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Additional certifications such as G Suite, Microsoft Azure, etc.

Location: Chennai, Ambit IT Park


Compensation: CTC: 3 to 5.5 LPA (varies based on candidate experience)

Shift Timings & Off: 5-days work, 2 days week off with rotational shifts (Predominantly night shifts)
